Forbes Learning Ladder is licensed for 90 child care places per day, for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. The service operates for 50 weeks of the year (Closing over Christmas and New Year period)
The service caters for:

- 9 till 3 Sessions
- Full Preschool Program
- Occasional Care
- Before School Care
- After School Care/Vacation Care (Please go to the OSHC Tab)
The service supply all nappies as well as offering morning and afternoon tea on a rotating menu.
